Delivery Scope Description : Project Description/Goal: Schwarz Produktion (SP) comprises the production facilities of the Schwarz Group and is responsible for the manufacture of various consumer goods under private labels for Lidl and Kaufland (e.g., beverages). SP currently operates a central ECC system for all plants (Germany and Great Britain), which is to be migrated to S/4 (Private Cloud - RISE) using a mix-and-match process. SAP Services is the implementation partner for this project. The Prepare phase started in January 2025, and the go-live phase (pilot phase followed by the rest as a big bang) on S/4 is scheduled for Q1 2027. The project will be delivered by local resources (consulting including DMLT) and nearshore resources (ASC). The project language is German. The project location is Wei enfels/Leipzig, with a portion of the project being remote. The goal of the project is to upgrade the existing environment to S/4 with an agile methodology via a Go Live Purpose: The Scrum Master will be engaged to support Agile delivery ensuring consistent application of Scrum principles and practices across the team. The consultant will serve as a facilitator, coach, and servant leader to enable the team to self-organize, deliver high-value increments, and continuously improve. This project is a Mix & match Upgrade to S/4 Scope of Task The external contractor takes on the following tasks within the project, which are carried out independently: - Provide expert Scrum Master support - Assist in ramping up internal Scrum Masters - Guide through the Realize phase - Support execution phase - Be ready to coordinate a Scrum Team if needed All necessary information and documents will be provided by SAP in advance.
