We offer a wide range of tailored solutions to buyers, including curation, contextual advertising, audience activation (prepack & custom) based on our 1st party data, all available on a global coverage.

The Opportunity:

Start.io is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to drive revenue growth by onboarding brands and agencies to our curation and audience activation solutions. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to deal structuring and ongoing account management.

Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with Tier 1/Tier 2 agencies and brands.
• Strong understanding of media agency planning and buying processes, from planning through to activation.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client success and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers at target accounts, including brands and advertising agencies, to position Start.io as a trusted partner for media and audience activation.
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with agency and brand partners, ensuring high-performance and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Account Managers, Product) to ensure seamless solution delivery and drive product innovation.
• Manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and activity reports in Salesforce.
• Represent Start.io at industry and client events, acting as a champion for our data solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in programmatic, data or SaaS businesses, in Sales roles; experience partnering with programmatic agencies, ATDs and direct brands.
• Deep knowledge of ad tech, mobile advertising, data and audience segmentation
• Strong contacts within the trading desks, agencies(Tier 1, Tier 2) and brands
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Professional and proactive approach to business with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for data and its application in driving business outcomes.
