We're Hiring: Accounts Payable Specialist!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our vendor payments and financial processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in accounting procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

What You'll Do
Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate data entry
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and execute payment runs for vendors and suppliers
Maintain vendor files and update payment information
Review and verify invoice accuracy against purchase orders
Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting
What We're Looking For
Experience in accounts payable or accounting functions
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
