A prominent plaintiff-focused litigation firm in San Francisco is seeking a driven Mid-Level Associate Attorney with 2 - 4 years of experience in complex litigation. This is an opportunity to join a team known for tackling high-stakes cases across a range of impactful areas. The firm excels in representing clients in complex disputes, including those involving antitrust and competition, consumer protection, environmental issues, human rights, data security, and commercial and financial matters.
In this role, the Associate will be deeply involved in all aspects of the litigation process. Responsibilities include:
+ Evaluating potential claims and conducting thorough investigations.
+ Preparing key legal documents, such as memoranda, pleadings, and briefs.
+ Managing discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
+ Contributing to trial preparation and in-court proceedings.
+ Participating in settlement strategy and negotiations.
While the Associate will contribute to antitrust litigation, they will also have the chance to gain experience in other areas of the firm's practice.

Qualifications:
+ Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
+ 2-4 years of litigation experience and/or federal clerkship experience.
+ Admission to the State Bar of California, or eligibility for prompt admission.
Compensation and Benefits:
+ Competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 annually.
+ Comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, parental leave, health coverage, and retirement plan options.
+ A hybrid work model with expectations of in-office presence a couple of days each week, plus some flexibility for remote work.
