Mandarin Coffee is a cafe in the heart of west village. We’re dedicated to serving exceptional coffee, building strong community connections, and cultivating creative, welcoming spaces. Each of our locations reflects the unique energy of its neighborhood — but our commitment to quality and hospitality never changes. We are 4 partners - 2 of them internationally recognised coffee shop owners. Its our first branch in NYC and we are looking to expand rapidly.
What We’re Looking For:
• minimum 1+ year of specialty coffee or barista experience
• Strong bar skills: espresso dialing, milk steaming, drink consistency
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Flexible availability (weekends and mornings preferred)
• Passion for coffee and a strong sense of hospitality
What You’ll Do:
• Craft high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal specialties
• Engage customers with warmth, speed, and knowledge
• Keep your café space clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Help maintain Mandarin’s high standards for quality and service
• Collaborate with team members and managers to foster a positive café culture
