Job Description

The Associate Clinical Director (ACD) will oversee all clinical and operational activities in the Plano, TX region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA services. This leadership role includes managing a clinical team, driving regional business strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Oversight: Supervise and mentor a team of BCBAs and RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery and client progress.
• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, including scheduling, staff allocation, and resource management.
• Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute regional growth strategies, ensuring client retention and financial goals are met.
• Data-Driven Practices: Utilize clinical data to guide quality improvement initiatives and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Compliance: Ensure all services meet state and federal regulations and licensure requirements.
• Team Development: Lead staff training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Certifications:
  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Active LBA certification in Texas required.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of clinical and operational management experience in ABA therapy.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
