Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled *Bookkeeper* with a *Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field* and 8 plus *years of experience* using *QuickBooks*. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and generating reports to support business operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in budgeting activities and monitor expenditures.
• Perform general ledger reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
• Utilize QuickBooks for financial reporting and data entry.
• Support payroll processing.
• Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and paper documents.
• Provide administrative support.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeer or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with accounts payable and Receivable, budgeting, general ledger reconciliation, and journal entries is essential.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
