This team supports the company business and operations teams with data infrastructure, tools, and analytical support. As a Business Intelligence Analyst for the operations vertical at our team, you'll help to identify top strategies for our operational excellence, work with diverse cross-functional teams and guide business leadership on optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of our partner- and consumer-facing operations. You'll support business leaders with insightful, actionable analysis and by creating the tracking and impact measurement behind the business. **Responsibilities** + Use complex SQL queries and visualization tools to extract and present data. + Identify opportunities to improve partner strategy and performance through insightful analysis of business metrics. + Act as a thought leader in the creation of planning, strategy and key performance indicator (KPI) development for the consumer and partner operations team. Make strategic and operational recommendations to achieve targets and operational excellence. + Track the progress of reaching partnership team KPIs and success metrics. + Articulate and prioritize operations-related requirements for Content Tools and Business Data teams. + Understand team workflows to drive operational improvements and achieve industry-leading support. Train stakeholders on tools and own data accuracy for relationship mapping. + Provide analytic support to cross functional team of Business, and Marketing teams **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree + 4-8 years of experience in operations analytics or business analytics + Experience in using relational databases for SQL queries, database definition and schema design + Experience with building and presenting operational dashboards + Deep interest in the online video industry, digital media consumption patterns and technology business principles + Ability to translate complex ideas / large data sets into simple and intuitive communications; balance deep analytical rigor with actionable insights + Passion for data analytics and infrastructure + Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills **Preferred qualifications:** + Experience with other programming languages: Python + Experience in business strategy, consulting, or supporting operations in the entertainment industry + Experience in ROI and financial modeling and statistical analysis + Ability to work independently on project deliverables in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while working well in cross-functional teams. The base salary range for this position is $ 76,215 - $ 114,322, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
