Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Rate of Pay: $93,974

Worksite: 6250 N. River Road, Suite 9000 Rosemont, IL, 60018.

Description: Key resource on the Supply Chain team, working on critical Data Analytics efforts. Support the development of interactive and actionable dashboards, analyses and reporting through partnership with Supply Chain Leadership Team. Act as reporting Subject Matter Expert in Supply Chain: Purchasing, Promotion, ROP, and Customer Service. Develop, maintain, and continuously progress in knowledge of business functions. Develop refined analytical models and reports that convey key issues to management. Develop, update, and maintain the Power BI solutions we provide to our brand customers and internal user stakeholders. Receive, evaluate, and respond to data-related inquiries by applying knowledge of data and business operations and obtaining information from various sources. Provide analysis and recommendations to consistently improve business processes and technology with analysis, providing both design and execution of training on new and existing processes. Demonstrate self-confidence while showing respect and support to others. Independently develop and nurture strong and appropriate relationships with business and technical partners as well as customers in order to advance operational efficiency. Other projects or duties as assigned. Up to 25% domestic travel. Hybrid Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day at home.

Qualifications:

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Intelligence Information Systems or a related field plus 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Business Intelligence tools Cognos, Microsoft Power BI; (2) Creating moderately complex to advance SQL queries to explore data; (3) Developing and implementing software to assist in gathering data and automating manual process done by Distribution Centers; (4) Formulating business decisions based on results of reporting; and (5) Supply Chain procurement and forecasting processes.
