About The Role As a Chat Support Agent in our Customer Support department, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently. This is a full-time, hourly role designed for someone fluent in English and passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience. What You'll Do - Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues with clarity and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share feedback to enhance the customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Qualifications - No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Fluency in English with exceptional written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to manage your time effectively in a full-time role.

The Pay Range For This Role Is 19.20 - 31.61 USD per hour(Remote (Kalamazoo, Michigan, US))
