**About Us**

We are redefining the rental experience by prioritizing care and trust. Our vision is straightforward yet impactful: to make renters proud of their homes through personalized attention and support. By empowering our team to make thoughtful, on-the-ground decisions for each unique property, we deliver exceptional service tailored to the specific needs of our residents and communities.

As a close-knit, mission-driven team, we value integrity, reliability, and local expertise. Every decision we make is rooted in a deep understanding of the neighborhoods we serve. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality and strive to simplify the rental experience, allowing renters to focus on what matters most to them.

We are rapidly expanding beyond our original roots to bring our personalized approach to new markets. We are looking for passionate individuals who want to be part of a dynamic, people-first company that prioritizes superior service and strong community connections.

- Conduct due diligence inspections and estimate scopes of work for properties under contract and those preparing for move-outs.
- Ensure timely and on-budget completion of all unit turnovers across the portfolio to minimize downtime and maximize rental revenue.
- Build and manage appropriate staffing levels, contractors, and vendor relationships.
- Provide ongoing training for vendors and team members on newly developed processes and procedures.
- Deliver a fully prepared asset to the property manager.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the real estate team.

**What You Bring**

- Experience in the St. Louis market, with current residency in the area.
- 5+ years of experience as a senior superintendent or regional maintenance supervisor.
- Proven experience in building vendor networks and managing the bidding-to-completion process.
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, flooring, appliances, and landscaping.
- Mastery of general building codes and rental property health and safety regulations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work hours that may include some weekends.

**What We Offer**

- A collaborative, people-first culture with a passion for making a positive impact.
- A unique opportunity to help shape our brand in its early stages.
- Competitive benefits and compensation, including a 401(k) with matching contributions.
- The choice between hybrid and fully remote work options.
- Flexible paid time off (PTO).
- 11 paid holidays.

**Why Join Us?**

At our organization, employees are encouraged to make a meaningful impact every day. You will be part of a team that values your unique contributions and trusts you to make decisions that benefit both residents and communities. Joining us means being part of a mission-driven organization that puts people first—both renters and team members alike.
