Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Arizona  CPA with strong experience in individual and business tax preparation and planning.
• Background in trust and estate taxation (or strong interest in learning).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to lead a practice and develop a client base.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; enjoys client interaction and building long‑term relationships.
• Collaborative spirit, excited to partner with attorneys and advisors in a team‑based environment.
