We are looking for an EAL Teacher for an international school based in Guangzhou. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August, 2025. About the schoolLocated in Baiyun District of Guangzhou, this international school has four sections: early years, primary school, middle school and high school. It provides both Cambridge International Curriculum and British National Curriculum programs. The school campus is large, well-equipped with classrooms, a Music and Dance area, a Library and Information Centre, an Art room, laboratories, a soccer pitch and other recreational areas. Job responsibilitiesTeach EAL English to secondary school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experiencePreparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCollaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversDevelop supportive and safe learning environments Job requirementsBachelor degree or above in the related subjectTeaching certificateTwo or more years teaching experience in the subjectExcellent communications skills Salary and benefitsMonthly salary of 26,000 to 33,000 RMB depending on experience and qualificationsHousing allowance is 4,000 RMBSummer and winter holidaysMedical health insuranceEducation for dependents childrenBonus for completion of contractOpportunity for IB certification
