Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate friction welding machines to join metal parts per job specifications
• Set up equipment and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality welds
• Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet required standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment
• Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures always
Requirements:
• Previous experience operating friction welding or similar equipment
• Ability to read and understand technical schematics
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to lift-up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must be reliable and able to work 2nd shift consistently
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
