Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on **Director of Digital Technology** to lead our enterprise digital applications ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of a comprehensive digital platform landscape including **Salesforce CRM, Sitecore CMS, Shopify, PROS Pricing, SAP Commissions, SAP Commerce,** and **Informatica** for app and API integrations. The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of business acumen and deep technical expertise, capable of leading cross-functional teams, driving digital transformation, and delivering scalable, customer-centric technology solutions. **JOB DUTIES:** + **Technology Leadership:** Define and lead the digital application strategy, roadmap, and architecture across a diverse technology stack. + **Team Management:** Lead and mentor a team of application managers, developers, architects, and business analysts to deliver high-impact solutions. + **Application Oversight:** Own the life cycle management of key platforms including Salesforce (CRM), Sitecore (CMS), Shopify (E-commerce), PROS (Pricing Optimization), SAP Commissions, and SAP Commerce. + **Integration Strategy:** Oversee enterprise application integrations via **Informatica** , ensuring reliable data exchange, real-time syncs, and scalable API infrastructure. + **Digital Transformation:** Drive modernization initiatives, process automation, and experience-driven development to support business growth and customer engagement. + **Vendor Management:** Manage relationships and contracts with external technology partners, SaaS providers, and system integrators. + **Budget & Planning:** Develop and manage budgets, project plans, and resource allocations aligned to business priorities. + **Governance & Compliance:** Ensure digital solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with corporate IT governance and data policies. + **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Act as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and delivery of business value. **YOU MUST HAVE:** + 10+ years of progressive experience in digital application leadership roles. + Proven experience managing enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP platforms, and/or CMS/e-commerce systems. + Working knowledge of API and integration platforms, preferably with hands-on experience using **Informatica** . + Demonstrated ability to lead digital strategy, platform rationalization, and large-scale transformation projects. + Deep knowledge of cloud-native technologies and SaaS architecture. **WE VALUE:** + Certifications in Shopify, Salesforce, SAP, or Informatica. + Experience in a multi-channel commerce environment. + Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. + Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. **WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:** + Join a global organization pioneering smart home innovation.
