This will be an ONSITE role based out of our offices in Miami, FL. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Position Summary

We are looking for Junior Graphic Designer to join our Loud And Live Familia. This position will work as part of our Creative team to create engaging designs and assets to support the needs of our Entertainment and Brand client projects. In this role, the Junior Graphic Designer should be highly creative, have a sharp eye for details and bring a passion for learning.

Essential Areas Of Responsibility

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and designs for campaign assets and other marketing materials.
  • Assist in the creation of high-quality visuals that are both aesthetically pleasing and effective in achieving the campaign goals.
  • Execute design projects according to established guidelines and specifications while adhering to deadlines.
  • Revise and iterate designs based on feedback from senior members of the creative team.
  • Maintain a strong organizational system to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements/Skills

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback constructively.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong time management skills and an aptitude for solving problems.
  • Bilingual highly desirable (English/Spanish)
