What You Will Be Doing - Engineer and deliver world-class training programs that transform Guides into exceptional learning facilitators
- Architect comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices for workshop facilitation, learning design, and challenge resolution
- Drive continuous improvement through data-informed, actionable feedback that measurably enhances student engagement and achievement
- Lead by example through direct mentorship of a select student cohort, showcasing advanced coaching and motivation techniques

Lead Instructional Coach Key Responsibilities Drive unprecedented student success by developing world-class Guides who ensure every learner achieves our three core promises: loving school, learning at twice the typical pace, and mastering essential life skills.
Basic Requirements - Based in or willing to relocate to one of our campus locations: Sacramento, Orange County, San Francisco, Washington D.C., or Raleigh
- Bachelor's degree (field open)
- 5+ years of demonstrated excellence in education, L&D, coaching, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing breakthrough educational programs
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience building and inspiring high-performing teams
- Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational settings
- Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making experience
- Authorization to work in the United States

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
