Job Description

Certified Home Nursing Solutions is looking for a Marketer.  Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced marketing professional to join our team and promote CHNS programs and services throughout Queen Anne County, Chester, MD, and the surrounding areas, as well as across the state of Maryland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare or service marketing, strong strategic skills, and a deep commitment to communicating our values of compassionate care. This is a hands-on role that involves developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, creating outreach materials, coordinating community events, managing communications, and cultivating positive relationships within local clinical communities to increase awareness and support for our programs. In collaboration with internal teams, the marketer will help enhance CHNS’s brand presence and service outreach through campaigns that resonate with clients, caregivers, and healthcare partners. We offer a positive and upbeat work environment where our staff works together to support the well-being of clients, referral sources, and the community.  Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to grow CHNS’s client base and enhance brand recognition throughout Maryland. • Promote CHNS’s personal care, skilled nursing services, and training programs through digital, print, events, social media, and community outreach through multi-channel campaigns. • Collaborate with internal teams and caregivers to create authentic, compelling content highlighting the unique, compassionate care provided by CHNS. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine marketing approaches continuously. • Manage marketing budgets effectively and track campaigns' return on investment (ROI). • Coordinate and represent CHNS at relevant industry events, health fairs, and community gatherings. • Develop partnerships with healthcare facilities, providers, and community organizations to expand referral networks. • Manage digital marketing campaigns, maintain a social media presence, coordinate print advertising, and engage in community outreach and event participation. • Travel regularly between the Chester headquarters and other offices in Nottingham, Salisbury, and surrounding regions. • Demonstrate flexibility to work occasional weekends and outside of normal business hours as needed. • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to leadership, providing actionable insights. • Ensure all marketing communications align with CHNS’s mission, values, and regulatory standards. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, senior care, or related service industries. • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation. • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • A passion for caregiving and community-focused services is highly desirable. • Must successfully pass a criminal background check.  Licensure, and/or Certification: CPR and First Aid Card, Driver's License, Social Security, current Physical and PPD. Special Training: Basic Life Support; Bilingual is a plus, but not necessary Training Preferred: Certified Medical Assistant or other healthcare certification Experience: One to 2 years of experience required. Interpersonal Skills: Interaction is with a variety of people inside or outside the organization. Communications are of moderate difficulty and sensitivity. Contact with others may involve detailed & lengthy dialogues & exchanges of information. Requires a moderate amount of interpersonal skills. Interactions involve dealing with moderately complicated problem situations or stressful encounters.
