Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for our US business. This role is a 360-degree marketing position encompassing innovation, product development, brand strategy, campaign execution, media management, and cross-functional leadership.

As the Brand Manager , you will drive business impact through end-to-end brand ownership, leveraging both global brand equity and local consumer insights to build relevance and preference.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Own the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives for key brands in the US portfolio.
  • Translate global brand strategies into locally resonant programs.
  • Lead annual brand planning including business reviews, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarking.

2. Innovation & Product Development

  • Identify innovation opportunities tailored to the North American market.
  • Collaborate with R&D, packaging, supply chain, and regulatory teams to launch new products or adapt existing global formats.
  • Lead development of consumer concepts, claims, and communication assets.

3. Campaign Development & Media

  • Lead end-to-end campaign development from brief to execution across digital, social, influencer, print, and in-store media.
  • Manage media agencies and internal partners to optimize media plans across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and deliver ROI-led optimizations.

4. Digital & Ecommerce Enablement

  • Partner with ecommerce and digital teams to develop marketing content for Amazon, retail.com, and DTC channels.
  • Ensure digital-first thinking across all marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social commerce, and performance media.

5. Cross-functional Leadership

  • Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align marketing programs with business and channel objectives.
  • Lead project management for all brand initiatives, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track brand performance through market data (Nielsen/IRI), campaign metrics, and sales data.
  • Provide regular updates to the Head of Marketing in London and local business stakeholders.
  • Prepare strategic reports and presentations for regional and global leadership.

Candidate Profile

Required Experience:

  • 5 8 years of brand/marketing management experience in FMCG or CPG.
  • Proven experience in innovation, ATL/BTL campaign development, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Exposure to US market dynamics, with multicultural or ethnic brand experience being a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong strategic thinking with consumer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in media strategy, digital marketing, and agency collaboration.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
