Job Title: Material Handler / Order Picker

Job Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Hire

Location: Mesa, AZ

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM + Overtime

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Job Summary

Eastridge is hiring a Material Handler / Order Picker for a reputable janitorial equipment supplier in Mesa, AZ . If you’re an experienced sit-down forklift operator with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team with regular hours and overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials throughout the facility
• Pick and restock orders accurately and efficiently
• Stage products and prepare pallets for container loading
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring goods are properly secured
• Organize inventory in designated storage areas
• Perform routine forklift inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records and report inventory discrepancies
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid forklift certification preferred
• Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse or production environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse logistics and safety procedures
• Physically able to lift and move heavy materials as needed
• Dependable and team-oriented with good communication skills
