Medical Office Manager Tallahassee FL

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Medical Office Manager to join our practice full time in Tallahassee, FL. If you like rapid growth and working with enthusiastic team members to improve patient's quality of life, you'll enjoy your career with us!

Do you have office management and medical sales experience, understand people, and love helping others? We are seeking an office manager that knows the concierge /cash medical office model. Must have managed an office that saw at least 100 patients per week with collections of $75k+/month. Closing Financial arrangements with patients is a must as well. We are looking for an office manager to assistant running the offices, provide marketing, as well as to promote our in-office therapies and treatment protocols. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, a great communicator and team player!

Duties:
-Management of in office staff
-Connection with patients to understand their expected goals and desired outcomes
-Assist with leading Team Meetings
-Deliver financial estimates and long-term scheduling to patients based on Provider's orders, and Closing Financial arrangements with patients
-Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care plan
-Ensure that all the patient's needs are met, nothing gets overlooked, and care is consistent with the patient's expressed desires
-Execute patient follow up calls and Marketing recalls
-Encourage, resolve concerns, and gather testimonials during care plan
-Advocate for the patient and motivate them to reach their health goals
-Assist in patient coordination and patient care plans
-Assist the patients/staff with office flow
-Collaborate with the office staff for comprehensive patient care
-Ensure efficient written and oral communication (phones, email)
-Maintain an organized office
-Marketing

Qualifications:
-Medical office Management experience- Must have managed an office that saw at least 100 patients per week with collections of $75k+/month (or at least 85% cash sales)
-Understanding and knowledge of the concierge /cash medical office model
-Entrepreneurially orientated, driven to succeed and a commitment to achieve results
-Excellent relationship building skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly develop trust
-Ability to make decisions, offer strong recommendations, and take responsibility for results
-Self-starter who can work independently
-Ability to overcome objections with confidence
-Team orientation and strong collaborator
-Strong marketing background and excellent phone skills
-Desire to define and take massive action to accomplish your own personal, professional and financial goals. Taking initiative to make goals come to fruition.
-Assist with implementation of all systems and procedures
-Tracking and measuring weekly and monthly collections to help us reach collections goals.
Schedule:
-Full time

Compensation (range):
-$25-35/hr or $52k-$73k/yr plus bonus compensation
