Our growing practice is seeking a dynamic Office Manager to join our team and oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service for both our patients and staff.
Position Summary
As the Chiropractic Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the practice's operations. You'll oversee patient scheduling, staff coordination, billing, and compliance while fostering a positive and organized work environment. Your ability to balance administrative duties with team leadership will be critical to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Operations Management:
▪️Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and a patient-friendly environment.
▪️Maintain an organized and efficient front desk system, including appointment scheduling and patient check-ins.
▪️Ensure compliance with state regulations, HIPAA, and all legal requirements specific to personal injury cases.
2. Patient Relations:
▪️Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns.
▪️Maintain a professional, empathetic, and service-oriented attitude.
3. Staff Leaders:
▪️Supervise and support the administrative team, including chiropractic assistants.
▪️Coordinate scheduling and performance management for all team members.
4. Billing and Financial Oversight:
▪️Manage billing processes for personal injury claims, including communication with attorneys and insurance companies.
▪️Ensure timely processing of payments, authorizations, and claims follow-ups.
5. Reporting and Communication:
▪️Collaborate with the doctors to analyze and report key metrics 1. related to practice performance.
▪️Conduct regular staff meetings to align the team with practice goals.
