Our busy fitness studio needs someone with excellent customer service skills to develop relationships with prospects that lead to happy and satisfied studio members. Our ideal candidate has an understanding of our products and services, including general exercise equipment and wellness programs, along with the ability to prospect leads through telemarketing, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals. If you have 1 or more years of experience in a sales role with a strong ability to provide excellent customer service to our members, please apply today! Responsibilities:

• Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members, and chatting with them at local events or during club walk-ins
• Greet members and guests at the club, answer phones, and assist the front desk with various tasks
• Maintain long-term clientele and grow the club's membership base through sales, new member onboarding, and excellent customer service
• Supervise and manage club-wide and external promotion campaigns
• Resolve member concerns professionally and respectfully to address them through excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of sales experience or work in a similar role is preferred
• Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required
• Stays organized and manages time well
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Possess excellent computer skills, especially MS Office - Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
