Pivotal Tasks Include:

• Combining your analytical skills with blueprint reading for impeccable dimensional observations.
• Initiating robust part layouts via direct drive CMM.
• Conduct and evaluate gauge R&R and capability studies.
• Ensure CMM tools and software function without a hitch through stellar programs.
• Supportive of PPAP initiatives and ultimately trendsetter in metric accuracy assessments.

Prerequisites & Desirables:

An Associates or Technical degree underpins your ambitions, but those novice to three years in the CMM realm are welcome. Familiarity with PC-DMIS adds a cherry on top!

• Skills in calibration, visualizing blueprints, and technical arithmetic.
• Good English communication and computational ability.

Stand out by showcasing:

• Understanding of Quality Systems (including SPC, ISO/TS 16949).
• Root cause analytical prowess and intermediary computer skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving dexterity.
• Sophisticated familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.
• Strong team alignment in high-speed settings.
