Labor Finders is currently hiring a dedicated and experienced Farm Hand for placement at a well-established operation specializing in strawberries, blueberries, cattle, and hay production.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage crop inputs for strawberries and blueberries including irrigation, fertigation, and crop protection.
Operate spraying equipment for crop care.
Oversee inventory of production materials such as fertilizers and spray materials.
Maintain and coordinate repairs for farm equipment, including tractors, power units, and wells.
Assist with the harvest of strawberries and blueberries.
Support daily cattle operations (feeding, watering, calving, working cows, and fencing).
Maintain and manage pastures for hay and cattle, including mowing, weed/pest control, and fertilization.
Assist in managing housing for seasonal harvest crews (10 housing units).
Support cooler operations during strawberry season as needed.
Position Details:
Full-time opportunity.
Average of 50 hours per week during peak seasons.
Pay based on experience.
