Job Summary
The Operations Supervisor supports the Facility Manager in overseeing the field workforce to ensure that all operations are conducted safely, effectively, and efficiently. This role is responsible for maintaining operational compliance with company policies, including employee training, certification requirements, vehicle inspections, and routine maintenance.The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with strong leadership and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. This individual must demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team and be willing to adjust their schedule as needed to provide emergency coverage or complete critical tasks outside of standard working hours.
