Physical Therapist (Outpatient Clinic)

We are partnering with a highly respected, therapist-owned outpatient clinic in Glendale, California, that has been serving the community since 1989. Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary up to $110,000/year (depending on experience and schedule)

Flexible Scheduling Options:

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week with a flexible schedule between 8:20 AM–6:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
• Part-Time: 10 to 39 hours/week
• Schedules can accommodate childcare or personal needs

Clinical Model:

• 100% outpatient care
• One-on-one 40-minute treatment sessions
• 80-minute evaluations
• Caseload includes ortho, neuro, vestibular, pelvic health, and balance therapy (training available in all specialties)
• Patients range from teens to geriatrics
• Low cancellation rate; therapists are never penalized for cancellations
• EMR: Prompt (training provided)

Team Structure:

• Work alongside 3 experienced Physical Therapists
• Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
• Passion for delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
