Job Title: Sales Development Representative/Inside Sales Rep. Location: Goodyear, AZ Pay: $23-24.50/hr - Not including commission, details towards the bottom - Will switch from Hourly to Salary after 4-months. Could convert to a FTE sooner! What You'll Do: As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in transitioning our Light account customers to our new Light 2.0 platform. This free software update enhances their business by offering more financing options and additional features. Key Responsibilities: + Customer Outreach: Contact Light account customers to introduce and set up the Light 2.0 software update. + Product Education: Explain the benefits of Light 2.0, including additional financing options like the First Mile Mastercard. + Support and Training: Provide training and support to customers during the transition process, ensuring they understand and can utilize new features such as text-to-apply options. + Goal Achievement: Aim to transition as many customers as possible to the Light 2.0 platform. + Reporting: Report to a direct manager and collaborate with them to manage the overall campaign. What We Offer (once direct): + Base plus uncapped commissions + Hourly pay will switch to salary for example - $24.50/hr = $50,960 + A path & place to grow your career + Medical, dental, and vision benefits + 401(k) with employer match Commission Info: We offer a competitive commission plan: + 1.1% of surcharging volume + 1.2% of cash discounting volume + A flat $300 per wholesale processing deal Example: If a sales rep hits the target of $300k in cash discounting volume, the commission for that month would be $3,600, totaling $43,200 in commissions for the year. Commissions are paid out on the 15th of each month. Management Structure: You will report to a direct manager who oversees the campaign. The initial training and interview process will be conducted by a manager, who will then hand over the ongoing management to your direct manager. Why is the position open? We are launching a new product for the Pro Accounts for current credit card customers. Interview Information: + 1-Step Onsite Interview with Hiring Manager & Lead Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.50/hr.
