Summary

Hyperion Materials & Technologies seeks a full time summer Sales Intern for our Latrobe, PA location, Agressive Grinding Services. The position will work closely with our current Sales Manager in day to day sales activities. Such as, managing existing customers and growing accounts, grinding service offering, value proposition and sales tools and processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Streamline all incoming request for quotes for Aggressive Grinding Service.
• Responsible for logging and tracking of inbound requests for quotes within CRM.
• Proactively reach out to existing customers and reinforce business relationship.
• Gather data and provide analysis for special projects.
• Communicate status to internal stakeholders.
• Monthly reporting as needed.
• Compilation and analysis of key sales and commercial data.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience

• Enrollment in a Business Administration or related degree porgram.
• Completion of at least two years of college prior to start of internship (prefer completion of three years).

Technical Skills/Physical Requirements

• School and/or work experience using Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop positive working relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
