**Responsibilities**
BroadPath is seeking a highly organized and experienced Trainer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing training needs, evaluating current practices, and designing comprehensive training programs that drive performance and development. This includes creating and delivering engaging training materials, tutorials, instructional content, and digital learning resources such as online modules and guides.
The ideal candidate is a confident public speaker, a passionate educator, and someone who stays current with the latest training tools and technologies. You will also be tasked with identifying and implementing the most effective platforms for delivering and managing training content to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

**Qualifications**
+ 1+ years of healthcare, claims, or customer service experience
+ Medical and Healthcare terminology knowledge
+ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
+ Strong computer/data entry skills
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Healthcare knowledge and/or experience with call center experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software programs
+ Ability to work with peers in a team effort and independently resolve issues
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
+ Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
