Position Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: 400 Washington Avenue, Towson, MD 21204
Schedule: Monday Friday (four days onsite and 1 day remote work) - Please only respond with individuals that are willing to work onsite as required. 100% remote and/or out of state employment is not authorized at this time . A work from home schedule will be established with the hiring manager once onboarding and equipment issuing is completed. This individual will work a hybrid schedule, with at least 80% of their time onsite and no more than 20% of their time remote.

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Management of specific project work.
Performs day to day management of the project, identifies issues and risks and recommends
possible issue and risk mitigation strategies associated with the project.
Ensures that work performed is within scope, consistent with requirements, and delivered on
time and on budget.
Identifies critical paths, tasks, dates, testing, and acceptance criteria. Provides solutions to
improve efficiency (e.g., reduce costs while maintaining or improving performance levels).
Monitors issues and provides resolutions for up to date status reports.
Demonstrates excellent writing and oral communications skills.
Develops meeting agenda and meeting handouts.

Minimum Qualifications/Skill Sets
The candidate MUST have documented experience in the following areas. Please DO NOT send
candidates that do not meet or exceed these minimum qualifications.
Minimum seven (7) years successful Project Management experience managing large, high
profile and sensitive projects
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Project Management Professional Certification from PMI
Previous experience managing business process implementations, software and/or hardware
implementation and upgrade projects using Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
Experience creating and managing project documentation as defined by the Project
Management Institute (PMI)
Experience in creating and managing project deliverables and documents (SDLC and PMI)
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Project, Excel, WORD)
Experience with Executive level presentations and communication
Exceptional organization and coordination skills
Ability to work five days per week from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 P.M.
Exceptional oral and written communications skills
Must currently possess a Project, Program, Portfolio, or Agile management certificate from the Project
Management Institute.
Preferred Qualifications/Skill Sets
Experience managing projects using Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint
Previous experience working in a government entity (Federal, State or Local)
Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive Client's Police Department
background check
Experience with development, management, communication and support of public safety
systems
Required Submissions (If Applicable)
Resume including work experience for last five (5) years
Documented evidence of required experience and education
Security Requirements (If Applicable)
The selected candidate must provide an acceptable (cleared) background check
A security badge will be issued by the County and must be worn at all times when the candidate
is on County facilities
The selected candidate must pass a comprehensive security background check by the
Client's Police Department in order to be hired into employment.
