As the Senior Project Manager, R&D, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects that support the growth of Stryker's Sustainability Solutions portfolio. You'll be responsible for driving execution across R&D, Quality, Advanced Operations, Regulatory and Manufacturing teams-delivering innovative solutions that meet regulatory standards, project timelines, and budget expectations. You will play a key role in transforming ideas into reality by applying structured project management principles and fostering collaboration across global teams. This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to work onsite 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), with flexibility to work from home on other days. **What you will do** + Lead the team in the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control the project. Develop a strong business case and evaluate tradeoffs within the project. + Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage, and own project scope. Create a detailed Work Breakdown Structure. + Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart. Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones. Own the project schedule. + Collaborate with cross-functional managers to define the project budget. Monitor and maintain costs within budget. + Partner with the project team to create project plans using 2-3 planning tools and techniques. Monitor and maintain plans. + Develop a project risk management plan. Identify, analyze, and understand project risks; develop and monitor a risk response plan. + Estimate, acquire, and assign cross-functional project resources. Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member.
