This role will be a hybrid opportunity - working in Buhler, KS, Wichita, KS, and Columbia, MO (and remotely) with travel to other work locations as needed.

As our Senior Talent Recruiter, your primary focus will be identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent. You will also have the opportunity to lend your expertise to other departments too! You'll partner directly with leadership, playing a critical role in shaping our workforce and contributing to our continued growth.

What You'll Do

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles, from entry-level to leadership positions.

Sourcing Expertise: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates through various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, industry events, networking, etc.).

Candidate Engagement: Create an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, thorough screening, and effective interviewing.

Partnership: Collaborate closely with sales managers to understand their hiring needs, develop comprehensive job descriptions, and provide market insights.

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales candidates for current and future openings.

Offer Management: Extend and negotiate offers, ensuring a smooth and positive closing process.

Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruiting strategies.

Employer Branding: Contribute to building and promoting our employer brand as a top destination for sales professionals.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in sales recruitment.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter, ideally within a high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring top-performing professionals.
  • Expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) – experience with Paylocity is a plus
  • Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time.

Preferences

  • Experience recruiting for sales teams
  • Deep understanding of various sales methodologies and sales roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
