We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer (Java) to join a top-tier financial technology firm specializing in low-latency trading systems . This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain front-to-back trading infrastructure , working across order management, exchange connectivity, smart order routing, internalization, and clearing systems .
📍 Location: New York, NY ( Onsite Required )
✔ B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
✔ 5+ years of experience designing and building distributed and scalable software in Java, Go, or C++ .
✔ Strong understanding of low-latency, high-performance systems .
✔ Experience in high-throughput environments , working with real-time data and large-scale distributed systems .
✔ Self-driven personality with the ability to take initiative and lead technical projects.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams.
⭐ Experience in Python .
⭐ Hands-on experience in distributed systems and highly concurrent architectures .
⭐ Familiarity with Fixed Income Credit & Rates trading systems .
⭐ Deep understanding of low-latency trading systems and exchange connectivity .
⭐ Experience working with relational databases for high-frequency trading applications.
