Starting Pay Rates!

  • 14 and 15 Year Olds:  $12.50/hour
  • Part-Time High School Students:  $13/hour
  • Part-Time NON-HIGH SCHOOL: $14.50/hour
  • Full-Time (30 hours per week minimum): $16/hour

Our Restaurant Team Members are the face of our company and are the first step in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests. The Restaurant Team Member's responsibility is to interface with guests to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service as well as produce and monitor the quality of food, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Expectations of a Back of House Team Member:

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently
  • Thaw and prepare raw chicken according to Chick-Fil-A safety and quality standards
  • Keep the kitchen and equipment clean, stocked, and organized at all times
  • Assist in receiving and organizing of product as it arrives
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Treat everyone with honor, dignity, and respect
  • Display a cheerful and positive attitude
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
  • Lift objects up to 50 lbs., when necessary

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time. They will work in various areas of the restaurant, with both front of house and back of house duties, if discussed at time of hire.
