Our Traffic Engineers play an essential role in the successful completion of transportation projects while ensuring they are safe, efficient, and cost-effective. They have the skills and experience necessary to work on traffic operations and modeling, safety analysis, multi-modal planning/implementation, signing and striping plans, signal and lighting design, temporary traffic control plans, and many other tasks.

Experience in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
Proficiency in traffic analysis and design software
Proficient in Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Progressive traffic engineering related experience
B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field) with Professional Engineer licensure (PE) in Minnesota
Certification as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE)
