Ellis Parking is seeking an Operations Manager to add to our leadership team.

We are currently looking for someone with leadership experience, but we are willing to train, if we meet the right candidate.

This is a large role; managing a team size of approximately 5 supervisors, 5 lead valets, and 30 valets.

What do we do? Park cars of course! We are the first and last point of service as patients and visitors are coming to and from the hospital. We greet cars, offer assistance with personal belongings, and do our absolute best to make a positive impact on everyone we see.

Our Valet Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of valet operations. Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide on site management and assist the operation as necessary.
• Lead a positive and supportive culture, with an emphasis on excellent service for our guests
• Contribute to training and staffing management.
• Supervise aspects of the daily schedule and ensure that all positions have coverage at all times, including employee break times.
• Be the primary point of contact for both our guests, and hospital staff
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees as needed.
• Enforce correct Ellis Parking uniform with staff and enforce Ellis Parking policies during every shift.

This location has thee entrances that we provide valet service for. One entrance operates 24 hours, 7 days per week. The typical manager schedule is 7am-3pm Monday - Friday. However, the manager must be flexible to meet the needs of the operation.

Requirements:

• Management experience preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Diploma or GED
• MUST be 18 years of age
• No more than 2 points on driving record
• No prior felonies
• MUST complete a pre-employment background check and mouth swab
