The United States Youth Volleyball League (USYVL) is hiring a Clinician (Youth Volleyball Instructor) for their Los Gatos Fall 2025 Season program!

USYVL services over 10,000 children every year in over 100 communities. The USYVL's mission is to provide every child between the ages of 7 and 15 a chance to learn and play volleyball in a fun, safe and supervised environment.

We are looking for an individual that has experience coaching and/or playing volleyball at the high school, club, college, or higher level. Proficient recreational volleyball players are welcome. Must be reliable, positive, and enthusiastic!

Clinicians will be working with kids ages 7-15 in a coed, team format and the sites volunteer parent coaches & assistant coaches.

Responsible for instructing and overseeing the site volunteer coaches in the team instruction of the fundamentals of volleyball.
Demonstrate proper volleyball fundamentals.
Organize home and inter-site game days.
Communicate with the USYVL National Office.
Attend a training meeting.
Run a 2-hour coaching clinic.

Volleyball Coach Time Commitment.
The anticipated time commitment for a Clinician is twice a week for the full eight-week season.
September 10, 2025 - November 1, 2025
Wednesdays: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM & Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM.

Plus, the parent meeting and coaching clinic. Orientation, Training, Certification and Continued Education Provided.
Clinicians are offered a stipend that is paid at the end of the eight-week league season dependent on experience and length of season.
Employment Type: Contractor
Salary: $ 25.00 30.00 Per Hour
