Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Zuora Senior Developer to join a leading subscription-based enterprise for a long-term contract engagement. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Zuora Billing, Subscription Management, Payments, and complex Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) implementations, including integrations with ERP and CRM platforms. The developer will serve as a Zuora SME, guiding business and technical stakeholders in delivering scalable, integrated billing solutions tailored for a consumption-based subscription model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, develop, and optimize Zuora Billing and Subscription Management solutions.
• Serve as a Zuora Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects.
• Design and implement workflows using Zuora Workflow, including custom logic and automation strategies.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to align Zuora configuration with business processes.
• Integrate Zuora with external platforms such as:
  • Salesforce CPQ
  • ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
  • Tax and compliance engines (Vertex, Avalara)
  • Payment gateways (Stripe, Adyen) and banks (JPMorgan, Bank of America)
• Provide strategic input for billing transformation initiatives and optimize consumption-based pricing and invoicing models.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and best practices within Zuora tenant configuration and usage.
• Work closely with other technical teams and partners for seamless delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Zuora Certified Administrator (MANDATORY) and other relevant Zuora technical certifications.
