The Brenkus Team is looking for a driven, phone-friendly, and detail-oriented Real Estate Coordinator to join our high-performing team. This role is perfect for someone who’s excited to be on the front lines—handling incoming leads, scheduling appointments, and following up to keep the sales pipeline flowing. Compensation and Benefits: • $70,000+ expected first-year earnings (base + commission/bonus structure) • Paid time off and holidays • Benefits stipend • Ongoing training and growth opportunities • Work with a top-ranked team with a proven track record in real estate Responsibilities: • Engage with leads via phone, text, and email to qualify and schedule appointments for our agents • Follow up consistently with warm leads to keep them engaged and moving through the pipeline • Support real estate agents by coordinating listings, showings, and buyer consultations • Maintain and organize CRM data to ensure accurate lead tracking and timely follow-ups • Generate and compile performance reports for leadership and sales teams • Deliver outstanding customer service as the first point of contact for new clients • Assist with various admin tasks related to listings and transactions as needed Qualifications: • Confident and comfortable on the phone —you’re not afraid to pick up and follow up • Natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills • Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once • Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss, KW Command, or similar) • Passion for sales, real estate, or both! • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic • Prior real estate or inside sales experience is a plus • Real estate license is a plus , but not required About Company: The Brenkus Team is a top-producing real estate team based in Las Vegas, backed by the powerhouse of Keller Williams Realty The Marketplace.
