  • Guide customers through the onboarding process and assist with product usage inquiries.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and support ticket systems.
